Steven R. Christian brings more than 30 years of experience spanning real estate investment, property renovation, construction management, financing, sales, and business leadership. His unique combination of hands-on construction knowledge and deep real estate expertise provides clients with a comprehensive perspective that extends far beyond the traditional contractor relationship.
Throughout his career, Steve has been involved in nearly every phase of the real estate lifecycle, from acquisition, financing, development, renovation, and construction management to marketing, resale, and investment analysis. This broad experience enables him to approach every project with a strategic mindset focused on quality, efficiency, long-term value, and return on investment.
As a construction project manager and foreman, Steve has successfully coordinated residential renovation and improvement projects ranging from cosmetic remodels to extensive property refurbishments. He has managed subcontractors, suppliers, project schedules, budgets, inspections, and client communications while maintaining strict quality standards throughout every stage of construction. Known for his hands-on leadership style, Steve works closely with crews and trade partners to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest level of workmanship.
Over the past several years, Steve has personally overseen and completed multiple investment property renovations and residential refurbishments. In addition, he has assisted dozens of homeowners in preparing their properties for sale by developing renovation strategies designed to maximize market appeal and increase property value. His background as both a real estate professional and investor allows him to identify improvements that generate the greatest return while maintaining practical construction budgets.
A lifelong craftsman, Steve has been designing and building custom cabinetry, built-ins, furniture, wall systems, and finish carpentry projects since 1997. His passion for woodworking has cultivated an exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality that carries through every aspect of his construction projects. Whether reviewing framing details, finish work, project scheduling, or budget management, Steve believes excellence is achieved through careful planning, accountability, and craftsmanship.
Prior to entering construction management full time, Steve built and operated successful real estate and mortgage businesses, specializing in residential and commercial financing, development lending, construction financing, land acquisition, and investment properties. This financial expertise provides clients with a valuable understanding of project budgeting, cost management, financing structures, and investment-driven decision making.
